 # Computers

-I write embedded firmware and POSIX/Linux applications using C and several
-dialects of assembly. I do the server administration for all my own web services
-using NixOS.

 # Birds

-I started birding in January 2026 when I received a digital camera. I try to
-submit my birding checklists to [eBird](https://ebird.org) whenever I get the
-chance. You can take a look at some of my photographs
-[here](https://photo.grasswren.net/s/public).

 # Music

-I host my own music library of CDs I've ripped. I listen to many genres of
-music; if you think I'd like something, please give me a CD of it! I especially
-like old live performances and hard-to-find early electronic music discs.
+I listen to all sorts of music. Curating my own collection of CDs and
+interacting with my local music scene are some of the most rewarding things
+I do.
